The Ambrose School:

Provides a classical Christian education that shapes students’ minds, hearts, and character. Through rigorous academics, the arts, athletics, and a deep commitment to faith, Ambrose equips over 900 students to think deeply, believe courageously, and serve compassionately. Raising up the next generation of servant-leaders.

The ACE Mentor Program:

Connects high school students with industry professionals in architecture, engineering, and construction through a free, hands-on after-school program. Over 14–18 weeks, students collaborate on real design projects, gaining mentorship, project experience, and exposure to STEM careers.

Tamarack Grove Engineering invites you to join us on June 2nd, 2026 at Rock Creek Ranch for our 2nd biennial “Clays For A Cause”, where all proceeds will support this year’s chosen non-profit organizations, “The Ambrose School” and “The ACE Mentor Program”. TGE’s goal for this event is to raise awareness, funding, and collaboration for local non-profits while enjoying some spirited competition. This event will take place at Rock Creek Ranch in Emmett, ID.

 

Registration includes one team of four, 100 shells per person, two golf carts, one raffle ticket per person and lunch.

Rock Creek Ranch, located just off Highway 55 twenty minutes north of Eagle, is a 308-acre facility that supports a covered 5-stand layout. The ranch has two sporting clay courses totaling 25 unique stations nestled in the scenic rolling hills. Learn more about Rock Creek Ranch here.

FAQs

1. What is included in the team cost of $975?
- Includes a team of four, 100 shells per person, two golf carts, one raffle ticket per person, and lunch/drinks.


2. What else do I need to bring besides my own gun?
- Business cards, payment for extra raffle tickets, ear and eye protection is mandatory for all participants 


3. Can I bring my own adult beverages?
- No, you may not bring your own. Beverages will be provided after shooting is done at the luncheon, there is no drinking or smoking allowed on the course during the event.


4. Do I need to sign a waiver?
- Yes, Rock Creek Ranch requires a hand signed waiver, print it and sign it here


5. Can I pay the day of the event?
- Yes, we will have a payment system on-site, but we encourage you to pre-pay to avoid the line and have as much time for coffee and snacks.


6. How many people do I need to sign up for a team?
- In order to sign up a team you must have 4 people. If you find yourself short shooters, let us know and we will help fill your team. 


7. Can I be involved and not shoot?
- YES! We have a single sponsorship option available for companies to get involved and come to lunch.


8. What's the cancellation process?
- We are sad you can't make it! Please call us and we will get you taken care of. 


9. Can I drive myself?
- We encourage you all to carpool as we are limited on space.


10. What should I wear to this event?
- We encourage you to wear closed toed shoes, sun protection and shooting apparel
