Tamarack Grove Engineering has something to celebrate! TGE earned recognition in three Zweig Group award programs—Best Firm to Work For, Hot Firm, and Marketing Excellence—making us one of just 14 firms nationwide to receive the 2026 Trifecta Award.

Together, these honors recognize our workplace, our growth, and the ways we share our story. Behind each one is a team of people who care deeply about their work, their clients, and one another.

Three Honors. One Team.

Our Best Firm to Work For recognition celebrates the workplace we’re building together. Every team member contributes to making TGE a place where people can collaborate, develop their skills, and do meaningful work.

The Hot Firm honor marks our continued growth. It’s an opportunity to thank the clients and project partners who trust us, along with the team members whose dedication makes that growth possible.

TGE also earned two 2026 Marketing Excellence Awards: Gold in the Event category for Clays for a Cause and Silver in Integrated Marketing/Brand Awareness for Top Hits of 2025. Both reflect the creativity and collaboration that help us share TGE’s work and connect with our community.

Celebrating Together in Park City

Members of our team joined industry peers at the ElevateAEC Gala in Park City, Utah, to celebrate this year’s honorees. It was a chance to recognize the work behind the awards and enjoy the moment together.

Congratulations to all of the firms recognized this year, and thank you to Chad Clinehens and the entire Zweig Group team for bringing the industry together for a memorable event.

A Thank-You to Our Team

Most of all, this milestone belongs to the people of Tamarack Grove Engineering. Their hard work, care, and commitment shape our company every day.

To our team, clients, and partners: thank you for being part of this achievement. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited to keep building on it.
